How do you transfer a life?

One of the main reasons I started this blog is for the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and great friends from here, home-where our roots run deep.  So you know what we are doing, and so that we can stay in your lives.  We are about to embark on a major adventure!  I am so excited for our time down South, but how do I do this?  Mr Smith would be proud, I have no idea where we are going to live yet, but I do know where the kids will be playing Little League if we are able to late register!  Searching for a home from 500 miles away is daunting!  And the idea of being in a confined space with Leia is a little more daunting yet!

Speaking of Leia, I have been without internet almost a week.  My modem died, so Dish Network ordered me a new one, after 5 VERY long days, the new one arrived, it didn't work either.  So the repair man comes, and after finding nothing ask about the dog's chewing and I tell him she gnawed on the wire about 6 months ago, but it has been taped up...he looks at it and low and behold, that spot shorted out and wasn't powering either modem....so I am back, and I am holding on to the hope that she is past that kind of chewing and that the bear sized bone we got her can occupy at least a week before we are going back for more!

Here is some of what we accomplished while the internet (or lack there of) was keeping my mind focused on projects!

Audrey's Craft Project

I'm not sure what that face was!

Class Party snacks, decorated the morning of because I am crazy like that!
